Mickey Kalra

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Clarington Capital Group

Founder and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clarington Capital Group, Mr. Kalra has over 22 years of experience in finance, management, marketing and company ownership. His broad experience, leadership abilities, and extensive group of expert associates worldwide, enabled him to develop strong relationships and have given him both a strategic and pragmatic vision of the Financial, Energy, Telecom and the Broadcasting/Entertainment industry in the US as well as in India. Mr. Kalra has also been featured by various financial journals and is an advisor to many organizations.Mr. Kalra has served on the advisory board of Senator Mansfield's center at University of Montana. He is also an advisor to the PCEA of Ministry of Civil Affairs of People's Republic of China. Mr. Kalra has a special affiliation with Uniao Planeteria, A non-profit foundation, based in Brasilia, Brazil, supporting the United Nations's Millenium Development Goals. Mr. Kalra had management training with British American Tobacco and Holcim subsidiaries in India and gained experience on Economic Reforms in India through Apex Chambers of Commerce, namely CII, FICCI and Assocham. He has also interacted with many diplomats based in India and USA. Mr. Kalra received an FCA Degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Post-Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) from the Law Center University of Delhi, and completed an MEP Course at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), (MEP Management Education Program in affiliation with Harvard Business School). 

Gregory J. Corona

Executive Advisor, Clarington Capital Group

Mr. Corona is an Executive Advisor to Clarington Capital, Chairman of Accubuilt, Inc., and since 2001 a Member of Paladin General Holdings, LLC, the General Partner of Paladin Capital Partners Fund, L.P., a private equity firm. Since 1985, Mr. Corona has held a variety of executive positions in industrial and media companies including the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer positions. From 1978 to 1984, Mr. Corona held a variety of positions with the Finance Staff of the Ford Motor Company. Mr. Corona has served as a member of several Boards of Directors and Audit Committees and has received the Certificate of Director Education from the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Corona received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from Michigan State University, Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit and has also completed Executive Education Programs at the Harvard Business School and the National Association of Corporate Directors.    

Lawrence Sucsy

Member Advisory Board, Clarington Capital Group

Larry is a Member of Advisory Board of Clarington Capital Group, also a co-founder of Sucsy, Fischer & Company, investment bankers, and a co-founder and registered principal of SF Investments, Inc. a registered broker/dealer. He has been a member of the board of directors of numerous privately-held and public companies. He has also served in an interim management capacity when necessary to help resolve a corporate situation.   He has been involved in public service as a Board Member of the Chicago Transit Authority for eight years, having been appointed by the then governor of Illinois, Richard B. Ogilvie, to the Board seat representing the Chicago suburbs. He also worked on the plans leading to the formation of the Regional Transportation Authority to unify the ground transportation system for the greater Chicago area. He has an undergraduate degree, B.E., in Electrical Engineering from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School with Distinction (Baker Scholar).
